Larry L. Maxam Park
If you’ve been by the corner of Screenland and Pacific Ave. lately ,I’m sure you have noticed some construction going on. The park’s name is being changed to honor Larry L. Maxam, one of Burbank’s most decorated soldiers.
This Marine had a lot of awards and honors including one of the most venerable, the Medal of Honor. The park Dedication Ceremony will be Saturday, April 17 at 11.am there will be guest speakers and entertainment.
